Nubar: Hollywood Pink and OPI: Black Shatter
I used two coats of Nubar 'Hollywood Pink' and then a coat of Seche Vite 'dry fast top coat'. Once dry I applied one coat of OPI 'Black Shatter'.
The instructions for the 'Black Shatter' said to apply over completely dry nails which is why I applied a coat of the Seche Vite first and I only waited a few minutes before applying the crackle polish. It was late and I wanted to get finished. I wasn't sure if it would work as I didn't leave the base polish to dry longer but I am very happy with the finish.
I tried with different thickness of the 'Black Shatter' but it didn't make any difference to the finish.
This was the easiest crackle polish I have used and highly recommend it to lovers of the crackle finish.
I managed to get the full set of China Glaze 'Crackle Glaze' yesterday and so will be trying them soon.

CND: Red Hot Duo - Colour: Just Red - Effect: Red Sparkle
A great combination for this time of year. I love both the colour 'Just Red' and the effect 'Red Sparkle' by CND. They both painted really well and gave excellent coverage with no streaking. I can't wait to try 'Red Sparkle' effect over other colours in the CND range.

China Glaze: Mistletoe Kisses
'Mistletoe Kisses' by China Glaze is the second of the two polishes I won. It is a sparkly soft green. I don't usually like green but this and 'Emerald Sparkle' are two that I love.

China Glaze: Mrs. Claus
I won the China Glaze 'Rejoice!' pack from Mary at http://www.body-soulbeauty.com/ which arrived at the end of December. The photo above is showing Mrs. Claus, which was one of the polishes included in the pack, the other was Mistletoe Kisses which I will be showing later. Also included was a red candle. I love this set and am so delighted to have won it!
'Mrs Claus' is a pink glitter in a jelly base. I used three coats but two did give good coverage.
